webMOBI- Event Website

For updating the website, we need to select the themes available through dashboard.

These themes can be selected under customise website option (“Add layout” > ”Add a feature to home screen” > “website”)

 

 

After updating the theme, you need to publish the application.

  

Website can be of two types

1.Public Event website

2.Private Event website

 

 

1.Public Event website

 

a. Here user have the option to Sign up / Register.

 

b. In Home page Login section user can the see the option to Sign Up for the event website.

In the Dashboard Admin have the option to enable or disable Ticketing and Preference form.


Enabling Ticketing

After enabling the Tickets will be shown on the website. No amount will be shown for free Ticket and respective amount will be shown for the paid Ticket. The user can select the number of Tickets and click on Register option to buy the Tickets.

Disabling Ticketing

After disabling no Tickets will be shown on the website.

Enabling Preference form

After selecting number of Tickets and completing the basic registration users will be navigated to Preference form page where the user will have to respond for the predefined questions mentioned by organizers.Those response will be stored in the dashboard.

After submitting the preference form user will see the buyer and attendee details on continuing Ticket will be generated where the user can download.

Disabling Preference form

When the Preference form is disabled after selecting no of Tickets and completing the basic registration user will be navigated directly to buyers and attendee details page on continuing Ticket will be generated where the user can download.

After setting up of all the features in the dashboard the user needs to click on the “Publish” option, after the app is published successfully the user can see the website by clicking on the desktop icon in the “Mobile and Website” option.

2.Private Event website

Here Ticketing and Preference form will be hidden in the website. To see the Event website users have to contact the organizer. Only the registered users will be able to access the website.

 

Through sign up / Register option when user tries to register, Admin will receive email mentioning “This particular user tried to register”.

Only after admin approves the user through dashboard audience section, user can login to event website.
