Home screen

Click on "Preview on your device" button, located on the right of your screen. The difference between both is as follows -

1. "Preview" is for validating the content on the event admin device
   

2. "Publishing" is for making it available for everyone. The event should only be published when all the content is available, and the app/website is ready to go live.
   

To preview event application, Download webMOBI application from App store.

If users are not logged in, they cannot preview the application. Only event admin can use the preview option to see their apps. When the application is published, it is then available for everyone to see.

In home screen click on "More" option.

Click on login option and enter your valid admin credentials. These credentials will be your login/password that you have to use to login to the event app dashboard.

After admin login

On your home screen, click on the search icon and search for the event app name followed by “_preview” regardless whether it is a private or public event application.

Now, admin can open the application in preview mode and check for the updates before publishing.

In the left menu, admin members can see this on their screens - “You are in preview mode.”

In the search option, search for an event application name and download that particular event.

NOTE: To search a public event you don't need to login or signup, but you won’t be able to see the attendee list and other additional features added.

Only registered users can see the event app if the event is private,

Note 1: To view a private event, a user must be logged in with registered credentials and search with a passphrase(private key)

Note 2: Container/Discovery application registration and dashboard registration are different.

To search for public event application

To search for public event application, User no need to login to check public event application.In home page click on the search icon and enter event application name.

Note: To check attendee list user needs to log in.

To search for private event application

A user needs to be logged in to check a private event application.

Now any user can open a private event application and check all its related information.
