Unit 8 - Adding Exhibitors

Click on the "Exhibitors" module from the left panel of the home screen admin dashboard. In the Exhibitors page, you'll find two methods for adding exhibitors, manually and uploading through the XLS sheet.

Adding Exhibitors Manually:

  1. For adding exhibitors manually, click on the "New Exhibitors" button, which will take you to the Exhibitors Details page.
  2. Now enter all the information as follows:
    • Company
    • Website
    • Email
    • Number of Users
    • Facebook [Link]
    • LinkedIn [Link]
    • Twitter [Link]
    • Selected Exhibitor [ Yes/No]
    • Category [ Create new Category as Booth 1/ Booth 2 and Choose]
    • Choose File [ Exhibitor Image From local file]
    • Description
  3. Now Click on the "Save" button and publish it to see on the mobile app.

    Adding Exhibitor through XLS Sheet:

    1. For Bulk Upload or uploading through the XLS sheet, click on the "Upload XLS" button, which will take you to the Import Exhibitor Data page.
    2. In the Import Exhibitor Data page, click on “Download Template” for downloading the template. Enter all the details about the exhibitors in the template as per the sequence.
    3. After entering the details, upload the XLS sheet and the image of the exhibitor as follows:
      • Click on the Choose File option of the Upload Files section and select the Image zip file from the local folder and upload it.

        • [ NOTE: Image name in the zip file should be the same as the name in the Profile image Column in the Exhibitor XLS file. So It will Sync up with the Exact image using similar names.]

      • Instantly upload the Exhibitor Excel file in the Upload XLSX section.
    4. Now Click on the "Save" button and publish it to see on the mobile app.
