Unit 27- Website Setup

Website Setup

We have three types of themes for the website.

1.Dark Theme
2.Light Theme
3.Microsite Theme

These themes can be selected under customize website option (“Add layout” > ”Add a feature to home screen” > “website”

After updating the theme, you need to publish the application.

Dark theme


Microsite Theme

The website can be of two types

  • Public Event website
  • Private Event website

Public Event website

  • Here the user has the option to Sign up / Register.
  • In the Home page, the Login section user can see the option to Sign Up for the event website.
  • In the Dashboard Admin have the option to enable or disable Ticketing and Preference form.
  1. Enabling Ticketing
    After enabling the Tickets will be shown on the website. No amount will be shown for free Ticket and the respective amount will be shown for the paid Ticket. The user can select the number of Tickets and click on the Register option to buy the Tickets.
  2. Disabling Ticketing
    After disabling no Tickets will be shown on the website.
  3. Enabling Preference form
    After selecting the number of Tickets and completing the basic registration users will be navigated to a Preference form page where the user will have to respond to the predefined questions mentioned by organizers. Those responses will be stored on the dashboard.After submitting the preference form user will see the buyer and attendee details on continuing Ticket will be generated where the user can download.
  4. Disabling Preference form
    When the Preference form is disabled after selecting no of Tickets and completing the basic registration user will be navigated directly to buyers and the attendee details page on continuing Ticket will be generated where the user can download.After setting up all the features in the dashboard the user needs to click on the “Publish” option after the app is published successfully, the user can see the website by clicking on the desktop icon in the “Mobile and Website” option.

    Private Event website

    • Here Ticketing and Preference form will be hidden on the website. To see the Event website users have to contact the organizer. Only the registered users will be able to access the website.
    • Through sign up / Register option when a user tries to register, Admin will receive an email mentioning “This particular user tried to register”.
    • Only after admin approves the user through the dashboard audience section, the user can log in to the event website.
