webMOBI works with WebRTC, a relatively new technology that might require some network configuration within larger companies with secure firewalls. 

If you are using a VPN to access webMOBI, you should first conduct a mic-cam test https://webdemo.agora.io/agora_webrtc_troubleshooting/ to make sure the firewall setting allows you to connect on webMOBI. 

If the Firewall is an issue, then ask your IT department or your VPN provider to help.

Here are the items you will need to check with your IT department:

• Open TCP port 443
• Whitelist the following domains
• *.webmobi.com
• https://webnginx-proxy.agora.io
• Ping to googleapis.com should be successful.

To enable webMOBI with restricted access, it is recommended that the network administrator allows UDP traffic for a better experience. For allowing UDP traffic, your network should allow traffic to and from the following domains and ports.
